1800 hrs. Pure trails this pm. The weather remains horrific: 95 degrees Fahrenheit (35 degrees Celsius) with 90% humidity for S and Gs. Completed the 2.89 miles in 39:09 for a 13:34 min/mile pace. A pair of trail shoes will be in my future. Mahalo.
