0630 hours. Dawn Patrol. Destin, FL Saturday AM run. Very warm (80 degrees Fahrenheit, 27 degrees Celsius) at the onset with 90% humidity. Nice "out and back" run along hotel and condo row. Completed the 4.59 miles in 46:37 for 10:10 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
