0800 hrs. The 40th Run of the Cycle. A rare Saturday morning trail run in familiar territory. Leo was up from S. Florida for the weekend, so I reacquainted him with the sanctuary. The temp was a manageable 78 degrees Fahrenheit (26 degrees Celsius) with 60% RH. Slow and Low that was the Tempo. Countless days of rain, yet the trails were nice. Sans music. Completed the 3.34 miles in 40:55 for a 12:15 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
