0800 hrs. 41st Run of the Cycle. West Loop. Hot and Humid. 82 degrees Fahrenheit (28 degrees Celsius) with 70% RH. It felt good to get back on the trails after a week of being rained out. Trails were muddy and debris-strewn, soggy; numerous fallen trees. Lithium Mix on the Box. Completed the 4.48 miles in 53:21 for a sub-sonic 11:54 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
