1800 hrs. 42nd Run of the Cycle. Summer in North Florida has arrived...and it damn near took my life. 92 degrees Fahrenheit (33 degrees Celsius) with 70% humidity; no breeze. The Offspring on the Box. Abridged maintenance run through familiar territory. Completed the 3.01 miles in 36:17 for a 12:03 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
