1000 hrs. A beautiful, clear, crisp Saturday morning run. Temp was a pleasant 61 degrees Fahrenheit (16 degrees Celsius) with a light north wind. Shorts and long-sleeves. Spartacus Redux mix on the box. Completed the 6.02 miles in 55:29 for a 9:13 min/mile average pace. Finished with 23.53 miles on four runs for the week. Mahalo.
