0945 hrs. Out the door to bleak skies, marine layer fog, and a cool breeze from the north. Temp was a pleasant 54 degrees Fahrenheit (12 degrees Celsius), but the wind and humidity made it feel cooler. Layered long-sleeves and shorts. The 1980s Revisited mix on the box. Completed the 6.03 miles in 57:08 for a 9:28 min/ mile pace. Finished last week with 18 miles. Mahalo.
