0745 hrs. Out the door for a nice Sunday morning run through familiar territory. A beautiful, overcast morning with the temp a cool 51 degrees Fahrenheit (11 degrees Celsius) and a steady breeze out of the north. Long-sleeves and shorts. Ditched the music and listened to my breathing instead. Cadence and form on the menu. Solid run. Finished strong. Completed the 6.04 miles in 1:00:09 for a 9:58 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
