0945 hrs. A rare run with my beautiful, smarter half! Out the door to almost cold temps (48 degrees Fahrenheit, 9 degrees Celsius). "And the shadows too chilly to linger..." comes to mind. Tights, layers, and a soft shell. Gloves would have been nice. Spartacus Redux Mix on the box. Completed the wife's "go-to" 7.65-mile route in 1:27:35 for an 11:27 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
