1200 hrs. Another month of running commences. Hit the trail at noon after trying to wait out the steady downpour that started in the early morning hours. To no avail. And besides, a little rain never killed anyone. Temp was a cool 68 degrees Fahrenheit (20 degrees Celsius), but it felt cooler with the rain and breeze out of the west. Long-sleeves and shorts; Spartacus Redux Mix on the proverbial box. Completed the 6.02 miles in 59:30 for a 9:53 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
