1100 hrs. Another late start to this, the last run of October. Out the door to 68 degrees Fahrenheit (20 degrees Celsius) and a nice breeze from the east. Long-sleeves and shorts; Spartacus Redux Mix on the box. Completed the 6.02 miles in 1:01:26 for a 10:12 min/mile pace. October's numbers: 86.6 miles (+24) on 15 runs. Mahalo.
