1045 hrs. Another week of running begins today! Out the door at the crack of 1045 am after taking Sunday off to rest a bit. Temp was a manageable 67 degrees Fahrenheit (19 degrees Celsius) with a cool breeze from the west. Long-sleeves and shorts, per custom.
