1030 hrs. Another week on the road begins. Awoke to 58 degrees Fahrenheit (14 degrees Celsius) and a nice breeze from the South. A crisp Autumn day, Florida-style. And absolutely perfect for running. Long-sleeves and shorts. Spartacus Redux Mix on the box. Completed the 6.01 miles in 59:09 for a 9:51 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
