0730 hrs. Greeted with another beautiful, autumn-like morning for today's run. Hit the trail to 16 degrees Celsius (62 degrees Fahrenheit) and a nice breeze out of the north. Long-sleeves and shorts. Kept the 1980's Revisited Mix on the box, and in the process got to hear some great REM tunes that I hadn't heard in far too long. Completed the 6.02 miles in 1:03:36 for a 10:35 min/mile average pace. Last week's effort: three runs for 18 miles (+3.70). Mahalo.
