0900 hrs. Tuesday run through familiar territory. Warm (75 degrees Fahrenheit, 24 degrees Celsius) and overcast. The humidity was off the chart. Completed the 6.01 miles in 1:04:06 for a 10:40 min/mile pace. Slow and Low that is the tempo. It was the 415th fastest six-miler that I've run since 2011, per Runkeeper. Proud.
