Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Another warm morning run: temp was a predictable 77 degrees Fahrenheit (25 degrees Centigrade) with 90% humidity. A nice Southern breeze added manageability early. First three miles were solid, and then I stopped for water and could not get my mojo back. Finished slow, sluggish and hung over. Completed the 5.31 miles in 53:53 for a sub-sonic 10:09 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
