Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Post-Thunderstorm Bliss. 72 degrees Fahrenheit (22 Centigrade) with 70% humidity. Felt like a cool October morning out there on the trail. The cooler temps, however, did not translate to faster splits this morning. Finished the 5.30 miles in 53:16 for a 10:04 min/mile average pace. 16.07 miles (26 km) on three runs for the week. Mahalo.
