0700 hrs. Tuesday Fun Run. Campus Loop. Balmy 25 degrees Celsius (77 degrees Fahrenheit) with a slight breeze and 95% humidity. Like running in a sauna. But it did help to sweat out the Jameson from last night. Solid work, although a bit slower than usual. May reverse the loop for shits and giggles very soon. Completed the 3.35 miles in 34:19 for a 10:15 min/mile pace. Sub-sonic, to be sure. The groove and forward progress continue. Mahalo.
