Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Cybex. Treadmill Bliss Revisited. Three consecutive running days is a bit of an outlier, but it feels good to keep the groove. Once again walked for ten, ran for 30, walked for another ten. Completed the 3.0 miles in 29:39 for a 9:53 min/mile pace. Post-run steam sauna. Solid. Mahalo.
