0715 hrs. Another beach run with a bit of asphalt thrown in for good measure. Same route: West Bay beach and up the road to the entrance to Foster's Bay, down the road to the beach, before heading back to the West Bay. Completed the 3.00 miles in 34:13 for a 11:24 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
