0745 hrs. Hit the trail to 75 degrees Fahrenheit (24 degrees Celsius) and 95% humidity. An overcast sky made it bearable. Yet another improvised route through increasingly familiar surroundings. Completed the 4.02 miles in 41:58 for a 10:26 min/mile pace. Broke in the new UltraBoost ST Parley's this morning. Nine miles on three runs for the week. Looking to increase mileage moving forward.
