0645 hrs. Hot and humid in spite of hitting the trail early in the day. Ran down the West Bay beach and up the hill to Foster's Bay before returning back to the beach. Completed the 3.32 miles in 39:08 for an 11:48 min/mile pace. Finished July with 44.6 miles on 12 runs. Mahalo.
