0845 hrs. Neighborhood Loop. Out the door later than usual to 76 degrees Fahrenheit (24 Celsius) and 95% humidity. The sun was out in full force, but nothing too heavy. One steadily becomes used to the heat. Completed the 3.5 miles in 36:22 for a 10:23 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
