0930 hrs. Friday Morning Run. Out the door at the crack of 930 am! The sky was overcast and deceiving. Temp was 76 degrees Fahrenheit (24 degrees Celsius) with 90% humidity. Started "fast" once again: 9:18 for the first mile, 9:40 for the second, and then it was all downhill from there. Rush compilation on the box. Completed the 4.04 miles in 40:18 for a 9:59 min/mile pace. Wrapped up the month with eleven runs for an underwhelming 39 miles. Mahalo.
