0800 hrs. Sunday Morning Run and the first run of September. Yesterday marked the first time in ten years that this author missed game day in Norman. I made a custom of running through the campus in the early morning hours as the tailgaters prepared for the game. I'll definitely miss it. Anyhow, hit the trail this AM to 75 degrees Fahrenheit (24 degrees Celsius) and 95% humidity. Sans music. Completed the 4.14 miles in 43:06 for a 10:25 mni/mile pace. Mahalo.
