0900 hrs. Wine-soaked run through the neighborhood. Out the door to 78 degrees Fahrenheit (25 degrees Celsius) and 90% humidity. Summer remains; autumn is somewhere over the horizon. The 1980's Revisited on the box. Solid work in spite of the heat, humidity, and neighborhood-wide garage sale traffic. Completed the 5.02 miles in 54:05 for a 10:47 min/mile pace. Closed the week with 15.07 miles (-3.73) on three runs. Mahalo.
