0900 hrs. Yearning for Autumn. A mere 77 degrees Fahrenheit (25 degrees Celsius) with 95% humidity as I hit the trail at the crack of nine this morning. Started with a couple of decent miles before bonking shortly after the 3.5-mile mark. The original Spartacus Redux on the box for nostalgia purposes. Completed the 3.71 miles in 38:04 for a 10:16 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
