0800 hrs. Sunday morning run through the neighborhood. Hit the trail to 78 degrees Fahrenheit (25 degrees Celsius) and 95% humidity. Very warm, but after a month in town, the heat and humidity are becoming a bit more manageable. Left the music at the shack. Completed the 5.15 miles in 56:43 for an 11:00 min/mile average pace. 13 miles last week. Mahalo.
