0900 hrs. Hot (77 degrees Fahrenheit, 25 degrees Celsius) and humid (90%) with no meaningful breeze of which to speak. Van Halen mix on the box. Completed the 5.01 miles in 51:50 for a 10:21 min/mile pace. Started strong with three sub-ten minute miles before substantially slowing down for miles four and five. Mahalo.
