0745 hrs. Sunday Fun Run through familiar environs. Hard to qualify, but this was my "best" six-mile run since moving. The combination of heat, humidity, and hills have taken a bit of getting used to; however, I've definitely felt more comfortable with each run. I was in a nice groove from beginning to end this morning. Hit the road to 77 degrees Fahrenheit (25 degrees Celsius), 90% humidity, and a slight breeze from the south. My go-to Spartacus Redux Mix on the box. Completed the 6.00 miles in 1:03:51 for a 10:38 min/mile pace. Finished the week with 16.30 miles (+3.30 miles) on three runs. Mahalo.
