0900 hrs. Hot (26 degrees Celsius, 78 degrees Fahrenheit) and humid (90% humidity) with the sun out in blast mode as I hit the trail this AM. Spartacus Redux Mix on the box. Stopped at mile 3 for a life-saving water stop and rested for five minutes before completing the second half of the run. Completed the 6.01 miles in an underwhelming 1:07:03 for an 11:10 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
