0930 hrs. Tuesday Morning Run. Reversed the loop for S and G's. Out the door to overcast skies and a slight breeze. Temp was a manageable 74 degrees Fahrenheit (23 degrees Celsius) with 90% relative humidity. Spartacus Redux Mix on the box. Once again, started with an unsustainable 9:15 first mile, followed by 9:41 for the second. Returned to form for miles three and four. Completed the 4.07 miles in 40:29 for a 9:57 min/mile pace.
