0630 hrs. Dawn Patrol for a final Roatán run. Completed the 3:16 miles in 38:32 for a 12:11 min/mile average pace. The four runs on the island were super hot and humid. The elevation to Foster's Bay was serious, as well. Running on the beach is a great early AM experience. Mahalo.
