0550 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Abridged edition. Hit the proverbial trail a bit later than usual in order to get a short three-miler in the books. Temp (70 degrees Fahrenheit, 21 Centigrade) and humidity (85%) were manageable from start to finish. Completed the 3.35 miles in 31:27 for an average pace of 9:23 min/mile. Should be fine for a planned long run tomorrow, Saturday.  Doubling up in an effort to increase frequency and mileage in a responsible manner. Word.  Mahalo.
