Daylight. Campus Loop. Temperature (78 degrees Fahrenheit, 26 degrees Celsius) and humidity (90%) combined to make this morning's run uncomfortable. Headed out well after the dawn and immediately felt the error of my ways. Headed North to Robinson and then took the Legacy Trail back South to Campus. Cut over at the Lloyd Noble and finished on the Eastern edge of campus. Completed the 7.50 miles in 1:18:24 for a sub-sonic 10:27 min/mile pace. 17.72 miles logged for the week on three runs. Mahalo.
