Dawn Patrol. Saturday morning bliss. Out the door to cool temps and low humidity. Slow, methodical extended run. Back to short-sleeves with temps in the mid-60s. Started super laid back, fighting the urge to speed up, and finished right where I needed to be. Clocked the 8.72 mile campus loop in 1:31:45 for a leisurely 10:31 min/mile pace. North to Robinson and the comfort of the Legacy Trail, down Jenkins to the far Southern boundary and then back North through the South Greek to the shack. Rage Against the Machine on the box to get me through. Sunday off. It begins again on Monday.
