Took last week off due to an URI. Mucosal Madness. Solid, in spite of the Fear and Loathing. Completed the 4.75 miles in 56:50 for a pedestrian 11:59 min/mile pace. Mahalo.

1730 hrs. The Build continues; 5th run of the cycle. Hot (80 degrees Fahrenheit, 27 degrees Celsius) and Humid (80% RH) with a slight breeze. Trails remain muddy in places, but overall they are manageable. Rain chances of 100% loom for tomorrow, so I hit the trail for a rare Monday run. Sluggish, mainly due to atmospheric conditions, but finished strong. First Wave on the Box. Completed the 4.33 miles in 50:40 for an 11:43 min/mile pace. Mahalo.

Cadence, breathing, and the sounds of the wild in lieu of the usual suspects. Completed the 4.55 miles in 52.15 for a sub-sonic 11:29 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
