Finished the week with a 5 mile run on a beautiful Saturday morning. Totals for the week are listed below. I think I will take Sunday off and do as little as possible around the house. Week Four begins a transition into longer runs, i.e. 13 miles next Saturday. The weather and extreme heat are a constant theme, I know. I just want autumn to arrive ASAP, as there is nothing like running in cool weather! So please, enough heat already...
