Back to running in the heat. Today was a balmy 83 at 500am. The next two weeks look hot with little to no chance of rain. I am acclimated to the temps, but yearn for some truly cool weather, especially as the long runs increase in the next month or so. Dawn Patrol runs make all the difference, too. I simply cannot imagine running during the afternoon at this point in my career.
